When your customers do agree to provide a testimonial for you, ask them to do it on video so you can showcase the power of video as it carries much more weight than a text based testimonial. (Text does not hold authenticity and trust like video does).
For every primary product/service category you should have a video explaining what it is, how it works and why it's important for the viewer. This helps them visualize your product/service, it establishes trust, clarifies the benefits, and and removes hesitations.

The focus of the How Are We Doing? video is to gauge customer satisfaction and feedback, whereas with the Testimonial Request, you already know they are satisfied, hence the request to provide a testimonial. This is another short, 60-second video you can do that will continue to pay dividends.
