July 4th has come and gone and we are officially now into the last half of this year. What this means is that the due dates for those goals you set in January are coming sooner than you think.
Where are you with your progress in reaching those goals?
Do you feel like you are moving towards them at a pace that can get you to the finish line in time? Or, have you experienced some setbacks and challenges that might delay reaching your goals?

Do your daily activities bring you the highest return on investment and bring you closer to your goals? Anything that isn't the best use of your time should either be outsourced or placed lower in your list of priorities.
While reviewing this, you may also want to look and reexamine your team. Is it just you marching along trying to conquer the world alone, or do you have people behind you helping you reach your summit?
